Properties:-

1-Green tea: – This magic grass has effective advantages in getting rid of obesity in addition to its multi benefit in cosmetics.

Carbohydrates – sugars –  fries- cayenne – fast food – fatty cheese – high  quantities of fruit – Excessive intake of dairy

 

How to use:-

Put a filter of Megan herbs in a cup of boiling water, cover and leave for 5 minutes, then drink (warm). Uses 3 times a day, half an hour before eating.

Can be sweetened with diet sugar or honey.

A package of Megan herbs contains 90 filters, each containing 2 grams of the finest herbs which completely free of artificial colors or flavorings or preservatives to maintain health.

 

Diet:-

Breakfast at eight o'clock am

1-a cup of tea or coffee added to it 4 teaspoons of milk with a spoonful of sugar (you can take 2 or 3cups of tea but without milk or sugar)

2-one egg, which may be:-

The Brecht (half cooked) or boiled without using of butter or oil to cook food or eggs

3-Half a loaf of bread, preferably brown

4-piece of butter does not exceed teaspoon placed on bread with a spoonful of honey

Lunch at 12 or 1 o'clock pm

1-a quarter of a medium-sized chicken , or fish or apiece of meat with the same size(  a quarter of a chicken)

Cooking method:-

Either grilled or boiled without the use of margarine or butter or oil in cooking

2-vegetables: free amount  but with no starches and legumes (such as beans, potatoes and bread)).

Cooking method:-

Boiled, It is possible to use the soup of meat or chicken in a cooking method, but you must stay away from margarine or butter or oil and can take free amount of salad with any amount of lemon but without oil and salt-free. you can add a small amount of vinegar (no mayonnaise)

Fruit:-

1-any amount the person wants, but must stay away from certain fruits, such as bananas, grapes, mangoes and dates

2-after two or three hours of lunch can take a cup of tea or coffee with 4 teaspoons of milk, one piece of sugar (a teaspoon) – and  you can take then the last cup but without sugar

3-take a piece of Toast, or bread with a teaspoon of butter, added a spoonful of honey or jam

Dinner at 7o'clock pm

1-a cup of tea or coffee with  2 tablespoons of milk and one piece of sugar, in addition to a piece of toast without butter or jam

2-a piece of cheese or salmon or sardines (small amount) or 2 boiled eggs( soft-boiled or rigid) in addition to salad if wanted

3- fruits as already mentioned before

First: foods allowed

fresh fruit, but without the prohibited

-free amount of vegetables except the prohibited previously

-free amount of tea or coffee but with sugar not more than three pieces &milk for ten  teaspoons

Soup of meat, chicken or fish without adding oil or margarine or butter or seasoning

-free amount of water, it is possible to take soda or lemon juice (lemonade) without sugar

Second: foods  are prohibited entirely
